Doesn’t let money from one event carry over on the card to another.
I went to the we love summer festival in Plettenberg Bay and left the event with extra money on my card. On new years i went to Wanderbay, headed to the bar area and got told that i had no funds. I went to the top up counter and they said the same thing. I even asked them if the money would’ve carried over and they said yes. when i had over R300 on the card. The people at the top up area took the card and i have no way of getting my money back. Very disappointed.
