So firstly you guys are the worst event organisers!!! Your event was event was everything but organised. I worked for Gl events and you guys need to seriously learn your organisation. I purchased 13 tickets online hoping to not having to que by purchasing tickets at the gate and what a disappointment as it was just one long unorganised que our poor kids had to stand crying for over an hour just to see ur pathetic "forest of LIGHTS" not even to mention the hour and 15min in the car to just get a parking. And worst of all we had the grand parents with who left 45min after getting nowhere near the entrance. other friends who also purchased group of 8 tickets made a u turn after being stuck in traffic for over a hour. Your event advertising is misleading and false. Who can I contact to get refunded as well at a refund for the 8 tickets Ilisha Erasmus purchased as they. Never Attended due to ur poor organisation. Or i shall get EXSA involved
