Disappointed with Howler

i went to the Gin & Leede Festival on the 2 of June firstly i didn't find the card thing convenient because you top up at the venue meaning u still stand in the que and bring your cash or card.

anyway.. i tried to cash-out but it says i don't have money which is impossible because firstly i wasn't drunk and i checked my balance before i left. so i send an inquiry on their website to which i have not received feedback. there is no contact number so no one can help you. its funny how when you are loading the cash you have people helping you but when you have to cash-out your own your won..

and this 14 days to cash-out story is ****.. this service is just a way to take money from people without them realizing it. the other people i was with all had between R11 & 50 left in their cards and just threw their cards away because the cashing out is a long processes guess what.. Howler cashes in on all that money i'm very disapointed
