Day Light *******!!!NEVER AGAIN

Horrible event: i went to the summer heart festival on the 29th December. Nothing was like how they advertised it. I bought a VIP ticket which was a horrible mistake, i mightve bought a general access ticket because anyone could just walk into the VIP section and on top of it there was no place for us to sit, we had to look around and ask someone to get us a table and chair, The place was so full that we couldnt even see the stage couldnt hear much and to top it all of where the **** was the man made beach?

Lastly the charges, i mean you charge us for the card, you charge us to put money on the card, you charge us when we buy something on the card and force us to give a 10% tip. The card was totally useless the prices of the alcohol and food (R80 for a 2L coke) was way to much, day light ****ing *******. You might as well have taken your bank card with as after one transaction almost all your money loaded on the card is done, then they charge you more to put more money on.

I want a ****ing refund as this event was a total waste, i will never attend any event organised by Howler.
