Wow! What an amazing site. I was able to register for an event very quickly, and all the information is there to view! I recently had a concern regarding my ticket and sent in a request on the customer support page and within an hour I was contacted, however, I was unable to answer the call, nor the second time. But they didn't let my concern go and persisted until I was able to answer the call and I was helped with the best customer support. Following the call, I also received an email that clarified everything so that I could remember! Definitely an outstanding website that values their users! THANK YOU!
