Clients and customers beware!
Absolutely shocking! What is the point of buying tickets for any streaming service on this so called streaming ticketing provider called "Howler".
I bought tickets to watch a virtual show called Spoegwolf on Howler, only to get a message later on by someone I know that didnt buy tickets but was using someone else's log in to watch the stream at the sametime! While I had to pay for this ticket!
How on earth can you sell tickets for a virtual show that can be shared? Surely this is robbing your clients during such a cash strapped pandemic!
To make matter worse, I asked to see how it works, so she shared it with me and guess what.. I COULD WATCH IT while she was watching it!
Shame on you Howler, complete disgrace to call yourself a ticketing company in this day and age, I will never use your service again.
I bet you, your better competitors like Computicket, Webtickets, probably even Itickets has better security to stop this from taking place.
