Buying Refundable Tickets

Worst service ever, if a zero rating was possible that is what I would give They advertise refundable tickets in cases of emergency, you pay extra for these tickects and when you request a refund based on your emergency they decide that your emergency is not an emergency Letting go of a R100/ R200 tickect maybe, but loosing a R4000 ticket is not acceptable.
