Boring online reservation system which is howler

It is amazing how people use the internet nowadays to book tickets. Seems like complete *****. I booked tickets for my 11 other friends, last week, and on the due date before 12 o clock, we went and pay for the tickets. Only to find out that the tickets does not exist. I tried 3 different outlets and I was given and annoyed look by the cashiers as I want to pay for tickets that does not exist. I called the call centre and log a query online as well. After 5 hours I got a call and was told they have no idea why the reference numbers does not exist, but I can still make a booking on Monday, since there is still tickets available. I went online and book again, only to find out that today the ticket went up to R50, the very same ticket. It seems like these people just want to cash in more now. After the customer care consultant told me there is more than enough tickets and it is not just an early event ticket. I am so glad this did not materialized, imagine I pay for the ticket and then I cannot claim it online. Terrible experience, I still prefer the old compu ticket way now of booking tickets, Howler you are boring!!
