I had an issue with my Ticket verification and I submitted a complaint on the 20/10/3019 And it was resolved on the 21/10/2019 before 10h00. I was amazed they even sent an email to check If I was happy...the staff I communicated with were very professional... 10/10 for Job well done on them...
