BAD SERVICE. CONSULTANTS GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO CLIENTS!!
I had my ticket on the Re-sale platform. I asked one of the consultants what will happen if my ticket is not sold as I was not sure how does the re-sale option works. Will I forfeit my money or what will happen? The consultant by the name of Neliswa M on 11 April 2022,13:21 responded to my email query by advising me that "There is no way the ticket can not be bought, very soon the tickets will be sold out". I then emailed on 25 May 08:33 and 26 May 13:31 to do a follow-up and no one responded to my email request, The function ended on 28 MAY 2022 and my ticket was never sold. Now I lost all the money. Why didn't the consultant tell me the truth that if the ticket is not sold u will lose the money???

We're really sorry for this miscommunication. This should not have happened. Unfortunately as with any item, if the ticket is not sold, it is still a valid ticket in your name. This is all explained in our Help Docs regarding Resale which can be found linked below. This is also clearly explained within the process of listing your ticket on the resale platform.
We have addressed this specific issue with Neliswa and conducted further training with the whole team to prevent these miscommunications in the future.
Apologies for the experience and we hope that your next experience with us is more seamless.
