Awaiting Refund!

Selected the autocashout and still awaiting my refund of funds left from my band after attending the DSTV festival. When I contacted them they told me about Multichoice yet I topped-up using their service! It’s really frustrating, why we being given a run around when it’s time to receive our funds back!
