Another Howler by howler.co.za

I recently purchased tickets for the 90's decade festival and was charged and additional fee of R40 per ticket. Apparently the fee is for secure online transaction and bank charges. One would generally not have any gripes about paying a once off reasonable transaction fee, but to be charged per ticket is day light *******. I have tickets through Computicket and other ticketing companies and have never been charged any fees. I queried these charges with HOWLER and was advised they do not know anything about these charges, and are only responsible for ticketing. I find it hard to believe that they are unaware of these charges. It would be great to get clarification on this from HOWLER. Thank you.
