No help from engen garage management about excessive amount of petrol

My email to them still unanswered... I visited the petrol station to query excessive amount of petrol. The young lady kindly showed me the footage and explained to me that the fuel tanks are reset to Zero a every time the nozzles are hung up so she was very professional but on leaving your garage I noticed that the fuel tanks were not reset to zero so even though nozzles are hung up it's still showed one which caught my attention which read R103. 50 if I remember correctly.

At quarter tank full no ways do I need R1242 petrol to fill up . I still say there is a glitch in your system. It showed you filled with 45 liters and my tank is 50 litres. I have got someone in to help me with the figure work and to assure me that something could be wrong.
