Outstanding service in the florist industry

We thank Howden's Florist in Musgrave, Durban, for the excellent service accorded to us on the occasion of our 48th wedding anniversary recently. My daughter had placed an order for an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to us. The manager, Maria, ensured that only the best and freshest flowers were used, even to the extent of going out to a flower depot to obtain the best available. She even personally delivered the stunning arrangement to us. We were thrilled, indeed! Well done, Howden's Florist. Outstanding service such as this seems to be a rare commodity these days.
