Rude to customers

We have been booking into this guest house for quite some time. Never had any problems up to this point. when we wanted to book in for a night the reception told us that the manager told them not to allow us in, we are paying customers.

If this is how a guest house treats their customers then they shouldn't run a business where they would be rude to the customers and not help them.
