Shona the ******* ******!!!!

Shona should be ashamed of herself. She confirms my payment and says my order is in production and she will get back to me on a delivery date. I wait over a week and nothing. When I follow up she apologises as she was busy with the fathers day "rush". BUT after reading posts from her new bestie Sarah J below it seems she helps last minute customers before those who have paid and are waiting for their goods! I go away for two weeks and come back to no parcel. No response to my emails. No refund. Who does this to people? What goes around comes around.
