Product great, communication not so much

I finally got a reply from Shona and she personally delivered my items. Although I understand why there was a lack of communication, it was a bit stressful. As for the product, WOW its stunning. I do hope that they can get the communication issues sorted because its such a lovely place to get unique gifting. All the best.
