How thoughtless

I placed an order with them in July 2019 and to date have not received my order. I have not received any feedback from them despite sending numerous emails. I cannot find a contact number for them and the website is down as well. I understand that there has been a personal misfortune that occurred and I would be sympathetic to this had I at least been notified of the status of my order. There are many similar complaints about them on Hello Peter and I agree with them all. It is unfortunate that they have suffered some sort of tragedy in their lives but this is a business and the least they could do was provide some sort of information regarding the situation. Instead to me it feels like they've taken my money and cheated me. Unprofessional and disappointing. Even a 1 star rating is being too generous.
