How Thoughtful is not very thoughtful or ethical.

I have used this company in the past and had amazing service. I placed a big order with them on the 31 May 2019, paid for it and send them proof of payment. I have not heard a word from anyone, I can't phone them and I send reviews on their website but get an automatic message saying I get 10% off my next purchase. I have googled the owner, she is on Linkin but they no longer have a Facebook page. If they are no longer running, they should close down the company and page and reimburse their customers. I am really upset about the lost money and if the owner reads this, I will greatly appreciate that she sends my money back so that I can take my business else where. I have a few special occasions coming up and now it has been messed up thanks to this company. I have lost faith in small businesses. How Thoughtful....I think they should change their name because there is nothing Thoughtful about them.
