Honesty goes a long way

I’m very glad to report that I recieved my order today and am thrilled. I was getting concerned about the delay after placing my order but recieved an email last week explaining that the company had to temporarily close due to a family emergency - an unfortunate death.

I really appreciated the honesty and respected How Thoughtful for reaching out and telling me about something so personal explaining the delay.

I was promised that they would be up and running again in no time and sure enough, my gifts arrived today. Thank you so much from a very happy customer :-)
