Disheartened customer

I had placed an order with how thoughtful 05.06, after 10 minutes of receiving a confirmation made payment of R523.00. I immediately sent confirmation through to the email address given. I have not received any feedback or confirmation they have received my email. The phone number goes into voicemail. I then had Google's the company again, only to see numerous complaints about this company. It's sad the experience has left me dissappointed & skeptical to purchase online. The order was a gift I had looked to forward to giving to a special person & that has been shattered. Should they be experiencing a problem. Let their customers know, so we are aware & can u understand. I honestly feel ****med & disgusted people can do this. Sadly the law of karma will catch up with them for *****ing hard earned money. If you are reading this do the right thing & refund those who have placed orders with you!!!!!!
