Disappointed and Disgruntled with How Thoughtful

After waiting over a month I received an email from business owner Shona Hamilton explaining loss of a family member. She promised that my gift that was paid for in May would be fulfilled by the end of June. I have emailed and tried contacting the business for well over a month - no response.

We try to support local businesses - it is shocking that a company can get away with extremely poor service and non delivery. This has been a bitter pill to swallow. How Thoughtful should be fully accountable but they have no business ethic and moral standards. How can they operate successfully?
