26 Aug 2025, 16:10We’re very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with us.
For clarity: we initially contacted you on 8 August and again on 11 and 12 August via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response in time for the start of the project, and because the study required participants to complete pre-work by specific deadlines, we had no choice but to replace the slot to keep the project on track.
We later understood that your phone had been ****** during this period, and we regret the frustration this caused. When we spoke with you on 15 August, we explained that even though we would have valued your input, we had already passed the deadline and were unable to include you in the study.
It is also important to note that during these follow-up calls, our recruiters were subjected to an abusive and disrespectful tone from you, which left them no choice but to end the conversations. While we always aim to treat participants with professionalism and courtesy, we equally expect respectful communication in return.
We hope this provides clarity for anyone reviewing our process and reassures you that we acted fairly, within project timelines, and with respect for all participants.

26 Aug 2025, 21:11Not one of you tell the truth!! Imagine what kind of business you run based on lies. Where was the abusive and disrespectful tone used? Never trying to justify your bias and nonsensical opinions. May you find truth in your future endeavours as your honesty and integrity is not of high standards.
