Service in the service industry right ?

I have booked with them and due to unforeseen circumstances will not be able to book in at 14H00 but later , I have tried for two weeks and at numerous times to contact them telephonically without any luck , the first time I got through I was told I must phone back after nine , the man answering refused to take my number and was absolutely rude and hung up on me. My girlfriend and I have sent numerous e-mails which have been ignored and we have had no response on . If it where not at a late stage I would cancel my booking and go elsewhere
