Bad service,a ****!

Company also known as Houtfitters_agency on instagram.Their service is so so terrible.Purchased items from them(furniture).Never received any of the items,no refund too.No communication with customers,never met any deadlines..You will keep calling them and doing follow ups and its either they wont pick up or they will give an excuse(if they do pickup,which is rare). To date i have not received my items neither have i received my refund.This is ****!!
