Waste of money

I will definitely not recommend Houtersaies. We've order gifts for our customers. 2 week after the promised delivery date we finally received our order. It was for biltong carvers. After reporting that it can't cut biltong , they sent me a video where they are able to cut a piece of leather(about 3mm thick) they said there is nothing wrong with it. I rep**** with a video trying to cut a piece of biltong (with no luck),because that is what it is supposed to do... no reply. What a waste of money. Now I sit with 30 biltong carvers that can't cut biltong
