Unreliable and terrible service drastically overshadows quality products.

While the products from Houterasies are of high quality, the administrative side of the business leaves much to be desired. I have been waiting for my order for over two weeks, despite multiple promises of delivery. Each time I follow up, I am given a different excuse for the delay, with no proactive communication or meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, the lack of reliability and follow-through has turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a frustrating one.

Unless significant improvements are made to their customer service and order fulfillment processes, I cannot recommend Houterasies to others, at all. Proceed with much caution.
