Terrible Service - ** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY **

Terrible terrible service. Communication is ZERO Placed order, took forever to get to me and I received the WRONG order... their business is personalised items, how do you get that so wrong? Promises were made that I receive the correct items but 5 days later still nothing and no response from them when I questioned it. So disappointed
