Terrible service

This is the first time I placed an order with this company. They where super quick to take my order and invoice for payment. I have made the payment on the 31st of January got promised i will have my order between 7 and 10 Feb. I have been sending emails and I phoned twice where a person just tell you Dominique will get back to me regarding my order which btw is for valentines day. Not once was i updated about my order or send a preview how it looks nothing. This will defnitley be my first and last order with this company. Its the worse service i have received ever. I got promise that they will get back to me after I phoned again yesterday and still nothing. Please do not order anything from them you will not get your order or any feedback.
