Still Waiting After 2 Months – Poor Communication and Incomplete Order

I ordered and paid for 300 keyring vellies from Houterasie on 13 April. More than two months later, I am still waiting for 99 of them.

The delay is frustrating, but the lack of communication has been even worse. Since the end of April, I have repeatedly sent messages, called, and followed up regarding my order. Most messages went unanswered, calls were not returned, and I was given multiple delivery dates that came and went without any update.

A simple message explaining the delay would have gone a long way. Instead, I have been left chasing information about an order that was paid for in full months ago.

I understand that unforeseen delays can happen in any business. However, ignoring customers and failing to communicate is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Houterasie. Very disappointing service.
