STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Worst company ever. Placed an order in October for Christmas gifts and paid immediately. For weeks I had to follow up asking for my order and not getting any proper feedback. Then they kept saying they will send it but it never came and only after I told them I want a refund they started working on it. Needless to say i got my order mid December only and it does not even look like the picture that they advertise. My one thing is even broken and not working. They just don't care. Will never buy from them again. Worst ever

As we advised load shedding played a major roll in the delays of shipments.
Our items are all handmade - thus no 2 items look identical.
We did request a follow up to confirm if you received your parcel and was happy on 16 December 2022 to which we did not get a reply.
You have also at no time between delivery and today's review post been in contact with us at all to advise that there was an issue.

05 Jan 2023, 18:00I did respond on the 16th at 17h45 where I told you how unhappy I was and no response to date. Which is not funny because you either don't respond or take forever to respond. Loadshedding is not an excuse for an order taking 2 months sorry
