******** people out of hard earned money!!!What a shame!

On 3Aug I paid R2800 to Houterasies for sublimation wine tumblers….where I got a confirmation email from Dominique Liddell that she received the payment and would send me the measurements for courier purposes.On 6th Aug I received a whatsapp from Vibrant Design/Trade that they are the supplier of the tumblers to Dominique but due to a covid cases had to shut down but did not receive any funds upfront for my order from Dominique.From the 13th I’ve been contacting Dominique for either refunding me or my order to be fulfilled!When she answers the phone she always have an excuse and will refund me “as soon as she’s at the office”. I also left repeated messages on facebook where we also spoke in the past but lately she also don't answer any of them.Today I AGAIN phoned and a lady answered the phone, informing me that Dominique is in the workshop but she’ll phone me back…. Needless to say up until now,NO CALL,NO REFUND or PRODUCTS received! Dominique plays games of cat and mouse!!!Her phone number is ***….I am so furious and fed up with trying to get my money back….
