Poor Service!

I am very disappointed in the poor level of service I have received from Dominique Liddell from Houterasies. I have ordered and paid for a Father's Day gift on the 17th of May 2024 and still haven't received the gift. Tried calling the number on FB but cant get hold of Dominique. Sent numerous e-mails and all I get back is she will let me know asap what the delay is, but then she never get's back to me. I'm almost 100% sure the gift will not arrive in time for Father's Day or not sure if it will arrive at all. I felt I had to write a comment about my experience with Houterasies as I don't want others to fall in the same trap.
