Poor Service and delivery

My first order made were in January, I ordered MALE t-shirts, received FEMALE T-shirts. Immediately I contacted them via whatsapp and also telephonically, spoke to a lady, which then said she will correct the order and sent it back. On the 13th February I ordered an extra 4 shirts, female and paid the same day. On the 25th I asked for another quotation and received it. Every 14 days I followed up regarding my order, and received promise after promise for delivery. Today I received the 1st order, which is correct. BUT, the order I put in and paid for, I did not received. I received the shirts I ONLY asked a quotation for, and what I paid for, AND it is Male shirts, not Female what I ordered. Will never make use of their service ever again!!!
