Paid and only half of my VERY SMALL order received.

I kept following up on the order, they just do not communicate. I eventually received only half of my order. I have sent messages and attempted to call, but no response. I have tried to be patient, but it's been almost a month. I only ordered 2 small items. They have all the time in the world to post on Facebook, but no time to answer calls or send products that have been paid for.
