MOST HORRIBLE BUSINESS EVER!! CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WE'RE RECOMMENDED BY BRUIDSGIDS!!!

The worst business I've (REGRETFULLY)EVER used!! They are recommended by Bruidsgids, can't believe that such big brand and well-known Wedding Guide would recommended such a pathetic business!!! I am definitely going straight to Bruidgids as well, to complain about the fact that they would EVER let their well-known name and brand, be compromised by such a horrible and pathetic business. I purchased about a R1000 of products and then it took over a month to receive, eventually my fiancé had to call and hear what the hold-up is all about..the date on the products were wrong it was supposed to be 2023-11-24 and they made it 2023-11-2024 ...how the hell am I supposed to fix that..and then they told me they would send a new vinyl sticker for me to use for that mess-up..and also their sand unity box..what a rip-off...nothing special made..it's a ****** photo box frame..a normal photo frame and they DIY'd the top so it would open and close...they scrunchies..emerald green my asss..it's normal bottle green school scrunchies..like ***f..the whiskey glass..thought it just had a oily mark on it..nope..it was horribly done from the start..the sand unity box..they were waiting on the sand to send my package..eventually she said the guy from the sand will deliver..the next day I asked if my package was sent..my calls even got declined..my fiancé called and judt told her to send the package without the sand...just send it and refund the sand! I'm still waiting for that vinyl sticker and the refund on the sand!!! Wish I could give a 0-star rating
