Lack of Service Delivery!

The most unpleasant experience and unprofessional service I've ever received from a company. I enquired about the turnaround time for a personalised wallet on 28 February to be told it will take 7-10 days. I proceeded to order and pay for the wallet on 1 March in the hopes I'd receive it in time for a birthday gift. After multiple follow ups (messages and phone calls) I eventually received the wallet on the 27th of March - after the person's birthday. But it doesn't end there... I received a completely different colour wallet to what I ordered. It's been 6 weeks since I ordered and paid and again after multiple follow ups to try and get what I ordered I am still without the wallet I ordered. The lack of communication and continuous deceit is infuriating.
