As per our WhatsApp conversation I do apologise that you did not receive your items intime for Father's Day - we were however informed by the courier service that they did attempt delivery on Thursday but you were unfortunately not available.
As per our messages and telephonic conversation on Friday I am awaiting their records as you did advise that no delivery attempt was made.
