Horrible Service!

Absolutely horrible service from Houterasies! I honestly wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order for Christmas Gifts and was promised I would recieve artwork approval before the items were made at their workshop. I had to constantly keep asking for the approval to be sent, only for it all to be incorrect. I then recieved my order the next day and you could see it had been rushed! They looked terrible and I did not recieve all of my order. I complained within working hours and tried to call and I was ignored and my call was declined! I am STILL waiting for the rest of my order after getting promises that it would arrive last week. They are now ignoring me! I will never support this business again and it's so sad because I love to support Local! Such a ****!
