Dont use Houterasies

My experience with Houterasies has been absolutely shocking . It's been unpleasant ,and they have been so unprofessional . As it stands I don't know if I will get my product or not . At first after I made payment they promised that later that day they would send artwork for approval. I had to reach out to remind them that they hadn't sent it , then they said they would do so the next day . Still the next day it wasn't sent , I had to reach out again , then they told me that they couldn't send it because something was not working , but they didn't reach out to actually inform me. Then days went by and I reached out to find out about delivery , they said they would deliver on the 7nth . The 7nth came no delivery , no apology either to explain what happened . I had to reach out to ask then they said it would be delivered the next day . The next day nothing , I had to reach out again to ask what is happening , then they stopped answering my texts , and taking my calls. I am so disappointed, especially because I was so excited and hoped to do more work with them for the institution I work for.
