Unpaid deposit

Houss rentals at the Parks lifestyle Apartments in Riversands has a tendency of ripping people off if/when they decide they want to leave their rentals: my deposit was R7733,57 and they decided they are entitled to R4733,57 of my deposit.

Their architectureal designs have a lot of defects, reported it but I’m being charged for that, I reported these defects from the time I moved in and begged to be moved to another apartment but they refused.

I see a lot of celebrities are endorsing this brand that is ripping people off and it’s all well, don’t ppl research companies they partner with, I wouldn’t recommend people apply to stay at the Parks or any other houss rental at all, they give poor service and are entitled. This is the worst place to rent don’t do it. Looks can be deceiving
