The Precinct - terrible living conditions and lack of service

This has to be the worst customer service ever.

I was double billed the first month. Dogs barking cars revving at all hours of the night and morning. Neighbors throwing bathroom waste out the window including used tampons and pregnancy tests. Estate disgustingly dirty with broken glass and take away boxes in the stairwells. Leaking and moldy water pipes inside the apartment lounge area. Foul smell sewage Management cant even keep appointments. Rental deposit refund unfairly contested Always excuses.

The holding company Management doesn't reply to emails either.

It was always a complaint and a fight from day one. To get anything thing done was always a struggle.

With the high cost of the rentals at these apartments they are defiantly NOT Luxury.

Do not move here.
