The Parks Lifestyle Apartments: WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Not only have the agents and the employees of The Parks violated and infringed on the Bill of Rights’ of a number of residents by publicly humiliating them during a National State of Disaster, they are only concerned with lining their own pockets. They don’t care about customer service after you sign that lease. Their maintenance is the worst- nobody cares, nothing is ever fixed. I’ve experienced such abusive treatment from agents and also witnessed other tenants abused by agents at the parks. I took the matter up to their head office and it appears that a black customer is regarded. White tenants are treated with much more respect. It’s so sad to see that COVID isn’t the only disease that threatens this nation but that ****** is still a major problem. That a black customer is treated as absolute dirt. I’m disappointed in HOUSS Rentals , The parks lifestyle apartments and Century Property.
