Stayed at The Campus in APK: Horrible maintenance and upkeep of communal kitchens and overall building especially on weekends Poor textiles used to build then tenants are charged hefty fees for replacements Poor communication with tenants as I paid and was sent an invoice in Dec to move in for Jan 15 as usual every year then in Jan was only told that moving in can only happen 1 Feb, very poor communication. Rules change whenever management feels like it and there’s nothing anyone can do about it Poor security Visitation restrictions
