Terrible service from rental agents HOUSE

If you looking for rental place and looking for a peace of mind, STAY AWAY FROM HOUSS AGENTS around Jhb. I rented a place from them for a year(The Precinct Apartments at Waterfall), what a nightmare. They harassed me for months after moving me from one unit to the other (on their request). I had to deal with extreme levels of incompetence and arrogance. They made a mistake on my details when changing, and they made that my problem by sending me e-mails and sms daily, threatened to lock me out of the complex, charged me interest and refused to accept my suggestion that they check if that was not their ADMIN fault. Instead continued harassing me until I insisted that they check my details one by one ON THEIR SYSTEM . You think they would have apologized after finding out their admin inserted my details incorrectly on the system, No,THEY did not even bother. Now I have moved out of that nightmare on the 31/10/2020, on my exit day, they made me wait the whole day for an agent to do outgoing inspection, who never showed up, you think they would apologize for that, NO! Had to go back after I called them myself and do out going inspection, guess who they sent, a maintenance guy, who placed things like residue on the wall as something that warrants painting of the whole wall, at cost ofcos[sic] against me. You think that’s all, I requested a proof of interests earned on my deposit on the 01/11/2020, today is the 21/11/2020, no response in that regards and I am still waiting for my refund of my deposit 21 days later, still nothing, not even a feedback to tell me how far they are. I sent emails, they just get ignored. You think that’s it, their advertised rental for so called 1 bedroom which is a glorified bachelor is about R6900, but what they will never tell you is that there is an extra R1000 that you will pay monthly for sanitation and something, which makes you month rental to actually be R7900 for a bachelor, this they will never tell you(look at their billboards adverts) and even when you sign the contract. You also pay around R350 monthly for the electricity app they impose on you to use for your utilities. All these are hidden cost they with not tell you about when they advertise or when they explain a contract to you. When you leave the premises, they charge you R450 for plumbing, whether there is something wrong with it or not.
