I have recently moved into a rental on Carlswald Luxury Estate and stayed for 3 months then moved into one for their other facilities on Crowthorne Corner. The facilities are good but do not let them fool you. They steel deposits!!. I have only lived at that complex for 3 month, the was no wall damage and I left the flat in a better state than I received it. I am also renting out my own appartment so for example so I know the rules. The owner should pay the re paints of the flats if there were no damamged caused by the tenants, and if damaged was caused, only the damaged part should be paid from the tenants deposit. They have repainted this whole flat with my deposit. R5000 of it. I have lodge a case against them and according my laywer should houss be found guilty, they will pay my laywers fee and my full deposit.
