Slow service. Can't get hold of anyone. Deposit outstanding for 3 weeks now.

We leased a unit in Riversands Outlet Park. Moved out before the 31st of July. We did the exit inspection and signed for it.

It's been almost 3 weeks and I have still not received my deposit back which was a substantial amount.

Cannot get hold of anyone. No one answers the phones. You need to use a ticket system but the system doesn't pick up any of my details.

You get generic responses via email. No direct contact with anyone.

My deposit needs to be paid back so that I can pay the deposit on the new premises.
