Sagewood lifestyle apartments and its management are the PITTS!!!

I’ve been staying in Sagewood for almost 4 now.I’ve been notifying them about leaks and sewer water coming from the toilet from last year September and they never did anything about it nor even reply to my emails!2weeks ago I walked into my unit flooded with sewerage water and they still didn’t do anything about it ,all the estate manager”Mbali”did was to hide herself in the office when I went to look for her.Again the past Saturday I came back to my unit flooded!!!my furniture is damaged and they telling me it’s not their responsibility to fix/replace the damaged furniture.That time I stay with a newborn baby and a 3 year old toddler in that toilet house.
