REFUND AND NO RESPONSE

Bad experience! I am a student and i have paid a deposit and was expecting to get in this apartment but unfortunately they could not give me a quote and didn’t take card bursary payment. But they didn’t tell me the information in hand! I have been requesting my refund till this day for a month and i need to get in another department but all they do is request for my POP and no feedback. I need my money for another accommodation!!!!!
