Poor Service

Been staying in The Precinct for over a year now. Ground unit with a garden. Had multiple issues before… but today takes the cake. I was told by one of their maintenance heads of Houss that he will enter my private garden (locked) if he wanted to without arranging with me. Even cut the lock if needed. Also told me I don’t own here so I should know my place. Yet I pay the rent not him. Maybe he should pay and I should move. He ended up jumping over the gate because I told him to arrange correctly. I have a serious issue with him just cutting the lock or the idea of cutting and jump over my gate as he likes… I have a dog that could run out or bite someone… then this is my issue and not his. Very annoyed!!
